Avila IT Services

Anyone can reach IT services the following ways:

  • Submit a Help Desk Ticket  Please submit a ticket for all IT related issues. We will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.
    • If you are unable to login, sending an email to helpdesk@avila.edu will also create a ticket.
    • During the school year, visit the Help Desk in the Learning Commons (library) M-F 8:30-4:30.
    • Call 816-501-2900 for immediate phone support.

In addition to help desk hours, an IT Support Specialist is available on call from 7:00 to 8:30 and 4:30 to 6:30. Usually calling x2900 will reach on call support. Below is the schedule of on call IT Support Specialists during the early morning and evening shifts. Please submit a Help Desk Ticket outside of these hours.
