Add an archive folder to Outlook

Each end-user at Avila has an Outlook archive file within their network account. This is a good place to save important emails beyond the normal retention policy. An archive folder in Outlook must be setup on the end-user’s desktop computer. So if you use more than one desktop on campus then you may need to setup a shortcut to the archive folder on each computer. This procedure shows you how.
