Change Initiative Driver Diagram
The following image is the overall driver diagram used to measure change initiatives within the Center for Transformational Learning. The aim and possible measures are listed to the far right, primary drivers within the university are listed next, followed by the secondary drivers and change initiatives in the last two columns. The purpose of this diagram is to guide a 90 iterative cycle of assessment to establish opportunities to scale the activities of the CTL. Several of these change ideas have independent driver diagrams that provide specific detail.
